Welcome to the ASIA CLIMATE SUMMIT 2023
Join us in Tokyo this Autumn for this IETA-led Asia Climate Summit (ACS 2023), taking place 24-26 October at the Toranomon Hills Forum, in Tokyo, Japan.
The ACS 2023 brings together leading private sector experts and policymakers from both the carbon and energy world, to analyse and discuss the current developments, pressing challenges. The summit provides a discussion and networking forum for policymakers, business leaders and innovators involved in building, scaling, and collaborating on markets for net zero. It’s your opportunity to further move the needle on climate action through carbon markets in Asia and beyond.
This year will be a special edition as it is co-located with the G7 8th Strategic Dialogue of the Carbon Market Platform (CMP). This political forum brings together G7, interested G20 and G77 countries, to strengthen international co-operation in developing effective, sustainable and ambitions carbon pricing approaches. In addition, this edition will welcome organisations and private sector representatives – which is a unique opportunity.
The Summit is the ideal forum to take-stock the world’s evolving net zero landscape and clean growth opportunities. Join us in Tokyo to hear from policymakers, business and innovators who are leading the pack in building, scaling and collaborating on markets for net zero. Organised by IETA, in collaboration with ICAP and the IEA, ACS 2023 is an in-person event. The Summit features keynote addresses, high-level plenaries, cross-cutting deep-dive workshops and roundtables, and a central ‘Carbon Market Lounge’ with Partner Sponsors display counters, a networking chill-out lounge, and catering area.
